Evan Crawford Insurance Deductible

My name is Jason and my brother Evan Crawford was involved in head trauma injury early Sunday morning. It was a ground level fall backwards where he injured the back of his head against the street. The result was a small skull fracture and (3) small subdural hematomas around his brain. 

He is at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix (formerly Good Samaritan Hospital) in ICU 2nd Floor Emergency Pod B room 211. His CT scans have been consistent and have not escalated in severity. He is conscious of his current condition and cooperated and responding positively to all tests thus far. Although he is under hourly assessment, he is resting for what we anticipate will be a short term disability. 

Evan is the single father of a 2 year old little girl named Olivia. With the time he will be out of work, we are asking for help with his anticipate medical bills.  He does have insurance so we would like to meet his deductible liability so that he can focus on his recovery.
