Help us recover from this

Hey my name is Mike.

I'm not sure how this goes and it's pretty much my only chance so here goes.

On New Years Eve my wife was in a car accident. The driver ran a red light and hit her in the passenger seat and she's in the hospital now with 3 screws in her pelvis and learning to walk again.

On top of that it was our car that was totalled and the insurance isn't going to cover it because despite 2 eye witnesses saying it was the other driver running the red light the crash report still says it was my wife at fault. So now i have to get a lawyer and go through what will take months at best to resolve a case that should have been open and shut. We have 4 children and i was the only one working. My mother in law spent all she had to fly out here and help watch the kids. I don't have a car and i had to spend what money i had on a rental to try and make it to at least a few days of work so i don't get fired.

I have some friends helping with rides but that can't last forever. I'm at my wits end and this is something a friend suggested. I've never done this so do i just say help? If you can help me it would mean so much to me and my family. Please. I'm just trying to get another vehicle and some help with bills now that things have been stretched so thin. Anything helps.
