The Wright Family

My name is Amanda O'Banion, my cousin Elizabeth Wright and her family, husband (Aaron) and 2 daughters (Akili age 9 and Nadilyn age 2) suffered a house fire at approximately 4:00a.m. on Saturday November 25, 2017. The cause of fire is still under investigation, but the Whiteland FD are suspecting a gas leak. 

They lost all of their belongings and all 3 of their vehicles. Elizabeth had just finished her Christmas shopping on black friday, sadly all of this was also lost in the fire. They rented their home and did have a small renters insurance policy but it will hardly begin to cover the expenses ahead of them. 

Aaron is currently in the hospital from smoke inhalation, but Elizabeth, Akili and Nadilyn have been released and will be staying in a hotel for the time being. 

We are trying to raise enough money to help them purchase vehicles, get a new home and furnish it, clothing, coats and shoes for all. Help to pay towards medical expenses, and time that they will be off work getting everything back in order.
