Greetings everyone,

As many of you know we had some very unfortunate news early this morning. One of our dearest inFORME family members Bethany White, NP (Corporate Clinical Coordinator) and her family were struck by a tornado near Nashville early this morning while heading out on vacation. They were all taken to Vanderbilt Medical Center and should recover well except for her son, Bentley who sustained a traumatic neurological injury and is in critical condition. He is currently undergoing neurosurgery and being monitored closely in the NICU. As you can well imagine, they have a long road of recovery ahead of them and will need our unwavering support and prayers to help them through.

Bethany has supported the company and many of you devotedly over the past 5 years and has been an intricate part of our success. To return that devotion and support, we want to assist as much as we can. As we all know far too well from our experience in healthcare, her family will have a very challenging medical road ahead and will be faced with more than anyone should handle. To help them through their journey we are starting a “GoFundMe” page for anyone who would like to help support Bethany and her family in any way they feel is appropriate.
