raising funds

I am a teacher for sp. ed children with emotional disabilities. I have a family with some sp needs kids of my own I need to raise money to pay my rent. for months of August and September. My husband lost his job and I don't get paid in the summer. I will start getting paid again in October but without my husband's income I won't have money for rent. whatever I can get would be appreciated. Thanks.
