Help Angela with Medical Expenses.

Hi ! We are some of the Class

of 1990 from Forrest high school. We are raising funds for our good friend and precious soul, Angela Cook.

Angela was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes when she was in the 3rd grade. Sine then she has overcome many health obstacles. She recently has been faced with one that is more severe and could greatly affect her quality of life. She has been diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy with retinal detachment. Currently, she only has vision in her right eye which also has retinopathy. She will have surgery on October 25th to stop the disease from further progressing.

Angela will be out for work for an extended period of time

. She is a single mom with two boys. Angela is the type of person that would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. Now, Angela is the one who needs out help. Please join us in helping Angela !!
