A Fathers Dream
Donation protected
Greetings everyone, As some of you may already know that I am a proud father of 11 amazing children. And 10 months ago I was released from Federal Prison, after serving 19 and a half years for a nonviolent drug offense in which I was given a mandatory life sentence and by Gods grace and mercy I have been given a second chance as a Free Man. And also to be apart of an unforgettable moment and a miraculous circumstance that only one could ever dream of, to be there for my daughter Teeanna A. Brisco, graduation from Howard University Law School. Something she has been working so hard towards for her whole entire life. I can remember when she was just a little girl maybe six or seven, she would always say, "I'm going to be a attorney and free my Dad." And she did just that. She did it with her persistence of never giving up on her Dad. Staying focused, While keeping her eyes on the prize. She connected with so many other great people, including my attorney Shelly Fite who worked diligently and dedicated tirelessly amounts of time by advocating and Fighting for her Father to be release. Shelly played a huge and major role in my being released by puting forth a great motion on "The Second Chance Act." And "The First Chance Act"to my judge for a compassionate release, a Bill that was signed into law in 2018. To God Be The Glory. Teeanna and All My Children Fought Frontline prison reform, Mass incarceration, and Injustice to black and brown people. So as a man, who once had it all in the streets, I didn't know I was being used as a pawn in the bigger scheme of things to destroy my own community by the powers to be. Now that I'm FREE I am now humbled and very consciously aware of the harm and wrong I've done to our community, and I'm now working on to right my wrongs. And I want to Start by being one of the Greatest Fathers I can be to my Children. So I'm reaching out to you all with the hopes of some finical aid and support. For my daughter Teeanna on her accomplishment of becoming a 2022 Law Graduate of Howard State University. Who is Now able to come back and give back to our communities and fight that very same fight that she fought for Me. So I'm asking whatever you can give, would be greatly appreciated may God keep you and may God bless you. And on behalf of my family and I. I would like thank you all in advance even if you're not able to give right now just know you are still Loved.
~Sincerely
