Help me help my baby sister:

My younger sister Noemie has recently left home as of 6 months ago , and now is living on her own (with the help of a family friend) Noemie is 20 years old and suffers from a condition known as PNES which causes her to have seizures that leave her weak and bed ridden for days, even weeks. She also has been unable to keep food or water down, and has been put on multiple medications, which only worsens the situation. She’s in and out of ER’s constantly sometimes up to three times a week. Noemie does not have insurance, she has to pay for her own medications as well as other medical bills. She cannot work given her physical state.
As her older sister my heart breaks knowing I can’t do much to help her but try to comfort her over the phone and tell her things will get better. But I financially and even physically can’t help her given my current circumstances. (We live in two different states)
I left home many years ago when Noemie was very little. For those who know my story, I moved out of my home at the age of 12, Not willingly. We grew up in a very toxic household with emotionally unstable and unavailable parents. I’m grateful and thank god every day for those who have entered our lives, and helped us move forward, past those difficult times.
