The Prep 4 Work students at SWRAC, in Boscombe, are going to cycle 360 miles on an exercise bike, which is the distance between their Boscombe centre to their other centre in Liverpool.

They will attempt to do this over a weeks worth of lessons, all taking turns and doing as much as they individually can.

They are raising money for a local charity - Safe and Sound Dorset which aims to support and empower women by promoting social inclusion.
