Jeremiah’s Journey Toward Recovery

On April 26th our world was rocked
when Jeremiah was in a very serious car
accident. He was a passenger and suffered many broken bones, collapsed lung, and  
severe brain trauma. For the past 9 weeks he has been in the hospital due to 
numerous surgeries and the effects of the
trauma to his brain.

Although he remains in a vegetative
state he has recently been transferred
from the hospital to a long term care
facility. His mother, Victoria “Dawn”
Elder along with his Dad, Anthony and
sisters Nisa and Phelicia remain hopeful
and positive as Jeremiah fights for his life
and a return to their lives.

Despite his devastating injuries, make no
mistake, Jeremiah is fighting! He has had
several set backs including infections and
strokes. But he also responds to commands at times,  has fought off infections, and has had increased brain activity.

As Jeremiah continues his road to
recovery please consider helping his
mother to cover added expenses of
travel, lost wages and others cost related
to Jeremiah’s care and  recovery.
