Ingrid Armington’s Leukemia Support Fundraiser
Donation protected
Ingrid Armington is a wife, mother and friend — so much to so many — and now she needs our help.
Over this past weekend and after a roughly six-week unexplained illness, Ingrid was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a rapidly progressing type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow. In the blink of an eye, Ingrid and her family have entered a crisis they did not anticipate or possibly prepare for — but it is a crisis they will get through together.
Please consider donating or sharing and helping them along the way.
While next steps are being determined, upon this recent and startling diagnosis, Ingrid will have to remain in the hospital for at least the next 28 days, perhaps more. During that time, she will undergo treatments, including chemotherapy and other targeted therapy, with medical expenses mounting. Additional extended hospital stays are also expected as part of this unexpected journey.
While her family remains by her side, around the clock, we ask that you consider donating so as to alleviate the stress of the financial burden that medical emergencies such as this and their lengthy hospital stays can cause.
This is a long recovery process and will require time away from work and other daily responsibilities. Join us in wrapping our collective arms around them and easing that time for the Armington family and taking just some of the worry off their shoulders.
