Ramadan Fundraiser for Afghanistan 2025

Asalaamalaykum,

With the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan, millions of Afghans continue to be at risk of food insecurity

. Afghanistan is already one of the most impoverished nations in the world and for this reason, my family and I are hoping to collect funds to purchase food and other necessities to donate to families-in-need in Logar, Baghlan, and Kabul. These necessities will include packages of oil, flour, and beans. We are also hoping to fund more sustainable initiatives like communal wells and water pumps, and livestock and sewing machines for needy families. Over the past four years, we've organized five successful fundraisers that have raised thousands of dollars and benefitted thousands of impoverished Afghans. This year, inshaAllah, we're hoping to build upon that past success. We work directly with villagers, farmers, and shop owners in Afghanistan, and we are committed to being one hundred percent transparent about where exactly the donations will go and who will benefit from the funds. Photographs and videos will be provided to ensure that donations will be going to those in dire need of assistance. In the past, through previous fundraisers, we've been able to assist orphans, widows, and many households without a single breadwinner.
