Meet sweet Luna. She was rescued in the Barstow area, and she was clearly overbred and has a large mammary gland cyst that needs to be removed. She seems to be in some pain. She's been on antibiotics already, but the surgery is extremely expensive, and we are just a private rescue that does this from the good of our own hearts. Please help us share the word and raise money to get this sweet girl the surgery she needs. We have an estimate for $1,500. She's about 8 years old.

UPDATE: she has been to the vet and after the x-rays we have found a metal bottle cap in her stomach. We don't know how long it's been there. So her surgery is even extra urgent after this new information. She also has arthritis in her spine and her teeth are broken and her dew claws have been removed. This poor girl has really been abused. Please help us spread the word to get her the surgery she needs.
