My friend Shannon is a single mom whose strength, humor, and heart have carried her through more than her fair share of life’s challenges. She’s the kind of person who lights up a room, always puts others first, and somehow manages to keep going even when the road gets tough.

Now Shannon is facing her biggest challenge yet- a diagnosis of breast cancer. Shannon has a long road ahead and she will need time to heal physically, emotionally, and financially.

Shannon has overcome hardships in her life always with grit and grace while raising her son, Corey, and being a great mom. She has found time in her life to be there for others when they needed her-now she needs us. Cancer doesn’t care how kind or strong you are. It hits and it hits hard.
