It is with a very heavy heart that I share the loss of Luis, who passed away this week at the young age of 40.

Luis was taken from us far too soon. He was a loving, kind, and thoughtful person whose presence brought warmth and laughter to everyone around him. He had a deep connection to his roots, and it was always his wish to be laid to rest near his family.

We are reaching out during this incredibly difficult time to ask for your support in helping cover the funeral and burial costs to honor Luis’s final wish.

The costs involved in transporting him from Vancouver and arranging a proper burial are significant. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward making this possible and giving Luis the farewell he deserves.
