The Geibel Family

The Geibel Family is very active in the Freedom community.  Sharon volunteers in many school organizations and is the President of the School Board.  She is always one of the first people to help a family in need or just to brighten someone's day with a random cake delivery.  Braeden is a junior and  Ethan and Mason are sophomores at Freedom Area High School.  This past week the family experienced a horrible tragedy.  While driving in Tennessee, Jay was in a fatal tractor trailer accident.   They have lost their husband, father, best friend, and provider.  The boys are used to their father being away for long stretches at a time so this is very hard to comprehend, with no closure in sight.  During this time the family is in need of support.  Not only will they be missing Jay's income, but there will be various expenses the family will have to deal with as the accident happened in another state, and at this time it very difficult to obtain a certificate of death.  This sadly holds up any death time benefits a family is able to receive.  Sharon is  one who helps members of the community and isn't comfortable being in the position where she really could use a helping hand.  That is what community is for, to lift each other up in times of need and this family needs support to help them through the next few months until they can get their feet back under them.   We hope to provide them assistance to get through the next 5-6 months.  We already have started a meal train to help the family but they could use additional financial support.  If you could please help this family in their time of need, it would be so greatly appreciated.
