Recently, Dan Mechkowski was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a rare form of blood and bone cancer, following a blood work screening. Dan is the most positive and fun-loving person on this planet. Someone who always has a smile on his face and refuses to see the negative side of any situation, this being one of them. Dan has dedicated his entire life as a firefighter and as an EMT, perfecting his craft and giving nothing but the best to the people he serves and cares for, and now it's our turn to return the favor.
