Denver Nuggets Artist

Hey Denver Nuggets and Art Fans! My name is Lucia and I am an old college friend of Detour. I am sure you all have seen the gorgous mural of your 2023 NBA Champions, The Denver Nuggets located near Colfax and Race Street. But what many of you may not know is the artist behind the art, Thomas "Detour" Evans! Detour has been painting murals around Denver and the country/world for over a decade. Many of his murals he is not compensated for and spends quite a bit of his own personal money to fund these projects that keep our city beautiful. I wanted to set up this GoFundMe for him to allow all of us the opportunity to show our support to our local artist whom we've all grown to love. Please donate whatever you can to help Detour continue his much appreciated art. Often times we love the art but it is the ARTIST that makes it all happen. If you've ever said "that is awesome" or find yourself in awe of his work, drop him some money!!! He's an extremely humble human being and would never outright ask for donations but I do have his permission to post this and 100% of the donations will go straight to Detour (which I know will go straight to his work).
