Help Us Save Lives at Dereham Cricket Club!
At Dereham CC, we believe cricket is more than just a game! It’s about community, friendship, and looking out for one another. Every weekend our ground brings together players young and old, families, and supporters who all share a love for the sport.
While we take pride in providing a safe and welcoming environment, emergencies can happen when we least expect them. Sudden cardiac arrest can strike anyone, regardless of age or fitness, and the difference between life and loss can come down to just a few minutes. That’s why we are fundraising for a life-saving defibrillator to be kept at our club.
Having a defibrillator on-site means that if the unthinkable happens, we’ll have the best possible chance to save a life; whether it’s a player, a supporter, or a member of the local community.
We’re asking for your support to help us raise £1,000 to purchase and maintain this vital piece of equipment. Every donation, big or small, will bring us closer to making our club a safer place for everyone.
Thank you for helping us protect our players, families, and community. Together, we can make a life-saving difference.
On the 22nd November a group of supporters from the club will be taking on a marathon walk starting at the cricket club at 7am and taking on the sights and sounds of the local area raising more vital funds towards the equipment.
Any extra money raised will first off be used for updating our first aid stock. And any further funds will go towards equipment for the club and improving the club house facilities.
