Logans life

Hi everyone,
I'd like to introduce to you my little super hero logan and tell you about his life and why I'm setting up this page. I found out at a early gender scan at 16 weeks that logan had hydrocephalus. I had to have regular scans to keep a eye on the fluid building up and to make sure logan was ok.
At my 35 week scan the specialist said fluid had started surrounding logans lungs and we needed to get him out. So logan was born into the world on the 2nd of june 2017 .I didnt get to see logan until that night because I was coming round from my c section.
When I first saw logan my heart filled with even more love , he looked perfect. The doctor came to speak to me and my partner and told us they had to ventilate logan because he was struggling with his breathing. They also explained that logan would be getting transferred the following day to have his shunt surgery to help drain the excess fluid from logans ventricles.
The shunt surgery went well but a hour after logan started to deteriorate and started with a multitude of problems, the nurses ran in and took logan through to intensive care. We where in shock and didnt know what to think or do. The doctors explained that logans heart had started to fail and he had also got sepsis. I just broke down, I couldn't believe what was happening to my little boy. Logan was put on strong heart medication and transferred through to a specialist heart hospital. We got told on numerous occasions logan wouldn't pull through so we just sat at the side of his cot holding his hands praying. Logan spent 3 months in hospital and the doctors told us that logan needed to come off his heart medication and he may not survive with out it. They slowly started to wean him off it and logan was still fighting he came totally off his heart medication and pulled through. The doctors couldn't give us a explanation to what happened but all that mattered was logan was getting better.Logan was transferred to a more local hospital and he was home within the week .
Logan is now 3 years old and he has been diagnosed  with global development delay, visual impairment,  doctors are querying cerebral palsy, logan has trouble eating so he has a blended diet , he can manage some chocolate buttons still aha  he is unable to speak yet but he taps or makes some noises , he loves music he especially loves ed Sheeran's shape of you song ( you should see his dance moves ) he also uses a wheel chair because  he cannot sit or hold his head up.
The reason for me setting up this page is to get private therapy for logan to help build his strength so someday he can hold his head up and even walk,  and also for help to make logan a sensory room , we also are struggling with our current home we ideally need a downstairs bedroom for logan with a wet room and space for a hoist.
Has a parent all you want to do is look after and provide for your child as best you can and make your child happy that's why I'm asking for your help to help me give logan a better life.
