Tori’s Road to Recovery

Hey everyone!

For anyone who doesn’t know me, my name is Shyan Sandman , and I’m posting this on behalf of my baby sister tori and our family!

I normally wouldn’t do this…. But we are reaching out to see if we can get some help from our friends, family and peers.

January 18th,2022 , My baby sister Tori Sandman was unfortunately hit in a head on car accident on her way home from work, just minutes after dropping my niece off.

An accident that has left her with major injuries and many unknown months of set backs! She has already been through one surgery where they were able to repair her femur that went thru her knee, putting a rod in her lower leg, she has fractured wrists and broken arm in 2 places and needs to have surgery on her foot as well within the next couple days!

Her car completely totaled of ( which saved her life ) not very good health insurance, and a long road of recovery ahead that will be including physical therapy- to get her walking again, a Hospital bed to keep her comfortable once she is released from the hospital, and unknown medical bills that will be piling in here soon. With her being out of work for who knows how long she will need some help and support!

Tori is a single mom to my 3 year old niece Ensley, the best momma and Ensley adores her. That is Ensley’s bestie! This will take a huge tole on my sister mentally and physically. With ensley being so little and attached to my sister, she won’t be able to hold her or do much. We all know this won’t be an easy road!

By the grace of god and angels watching over her, she is alive and will be okay in time. We are very thankful for that.
