Do you hear what I hear?

Hi...my name is Rena and I'm trying to be able to hear again. I am also raising two of my grandchildren (9 and 5). I was in my final quarters at college when I got the oldest one, the younger came after I graduated the following year. I held off looking for work right away, as I was dealing to meetings, court dates, and social worker visits for the girls. Right as the pandemic hit, my bone-adhered hearing aid died. Considering it was 9 years old, it lasted much longer than it meant to last. When it quit, I had no insurance. Now I do. I know that replacing it was going to cost me a little. I didn't realize it would almost $2000. I just want to be able to hear again. This would also enable me to become employed again. This would help with supporting the girls and taking some burden off my husband. This hearing aid processor is a $5000 piece. Insurance is willing to pay just over $3000. Please help me hear again if you can.
