Mi nombre es Maria Concepción Villanueva. Me he dedicado a trabajar honradamente ya lo largo de mi vida. Todas las personas que han estado cerca de mi saben que soy muy trabajadora y leal. Hace unos meses empece con un dolor de espalda y pensé era problemas de riñones - pero por más que tomaba más agua tes nada quedaba el dolor... pensé que por tanto trabajo y mi edad era muscular pero tampoco fue así. Un día ya no soporte el dolor y acudí al medico de ahí me enviaron a emergencia y fui diagnosticada con cáncer de pulmones y huesos 4 stage con metástasis. El cáncer había comido discos de mi columna de ahí venía el dolor al igual que había fracturado mis costillas de lado derecho. He estado sometida a mucho dolor y hospitalizada. Tuve cirugía de columna pero en unos días empiezo radiación para ser exacto mañana... no tengo como pagar todo mis gastos de hospital,trasporte o medicina ya que mi seguro medico renuncia pagar I autorizar tratamientos. Mis hijos ayudan pero tienen sus hijos y mis gastos son muchos. Con tanta pena acudo a solicitar ayuda. No es fácil para mi he terminado siendo atendida por mis hijos por funciones tan pequeñas hasta las grandes, porque hasta para comer necesito ayuda y para bañar. De ser una mujer independiente estoy siendo como la bebe de mis hijos. Gracias por leer y por ayudar.

My name is Maria Concepción Villanueva. I've dedicated myself to working honorably throughout my life and everyone who is close to me knows that i am a hard worker and a loyal friend.

A few months ago I started having pain in my lower back. At first i thought I was having kidney problems, but regardless of the amount of water or teas i drank, the pain persisted. I started to believe that my constant work and age were to blame, believing it to be a muscular pain, but that wasn't the case either.

One day the pain was so unbearable that i was finally taken to the emergency room to see what the issue was. I was diagnosed with stage four cancer in the lungs and ribs. It had metastasized and consumed some discs in my spine, along with that i had fractured my right ribs and that was where my pain was coming from.

I had spinal surgery to replace those discs i had lost to cancer but I recently started my radiation sessions and have no way of paying for it since my insurance does not cover this expense. Along with my radiation therapy i have my previous medical bills for the aforementioned visits, emergency transportation bills, and medicine that my insurance does not cover.

Luckily I have a loving family that helps but they have their own children and my youngest has just started college. I humbly ask for your assistance through my hardships. This is no easy thing for me to ask, seeing as how I can no longer do even the smallest things for myself and require assistance from my children to bathe or even feed me. I feel like a child and would greatly appreciate any assistance that is provided. Thank you for reading and for helping.
