For Cesar to be able to come home .

In order for my husband to come home after hospitalization , our house will need home improvement and modifications to be able to provide adequate care for him. If all goes well God willing he will be spending most of his daily lifetime in home. Until he receives a heart transplant . Please help me make it happen.
