Vicky's LONG Fight Against Cancer

Mami (my mom) and Tati (my dad) are the sweetest, most giving, and generous people you will ever meet, yet it is unfair that their lives of giving has turned into a life of sickness and heartache.
Mami was diagnosed in 2013 with liver cancer the size of a football. Tati took this news to heart and has been ever vigilant at her side, yet you can see that she is still the strong one, never wavering in her positive outlook for a cure. They went to many different oncologists in West Palm Beach, but not until they found MD Anderson did they feel comfortable with putting her life in their hands. The previous oncologists only gave her a few months to live, and against all odds, she is proving all the doctors wrong, as by the doctors prognosis, she should have passed away two years ago. Mami is currently at MD Anderson (Houston) getting weekly treaments in a Clinical Trial and the tumor is showing digression and her liver is still functioning properly!! But she is still not out of the woods yet...
Now this is not about me, but just to show you how strong and giving they were, in 2014 I was also admitted to the hospital with a heart attack. They traveled over 650 miles to be at my side through my troubles even though she was so weakened by the chemo and radiation treaments. They truly were heaven sent to be with me and I recovered and am doing well now.
A turn for the worse just occured now with Tati being diagnosed with having an aortic aneurism and diverticulitis. With Mami out of work because of her condition, Tati is now unable to provide the basics for three or more months which has now put a financial strain on them that could be totally crippling, forcing them to lose everything they have worked so hard for their whole lives.
Please, have it in your hearts for these two angels on earth, whom have given so much of themselves, to help them in their unfair struggle.
