Hi, my name is Eddie Jewell. I was unfortunate to have my toes amputated from my foot due to diabetes. This has put me out of work and unable to care for myself in the interim. I’m a 54 year old Rideshare Driver that has taken care of myself and just like most surviving trying to make ends meet. I had a 3 rd and 4th surgery which has placed me out of work and I am sitting in a Rehab facility on IV antibiotics to stop the infection. This has place me out of work. Prior to this I had my first two surgeries and went back to work earlier to take care of myself. I have to reevaluate my work life but I need to be able to keep the few items I have so that I have something to live with. My life has changed due to this and I pray I can get some assistance to help me heal or get back to work by the end of the year. May God bless you for your help prayers well wishes and thoughts.
