I know that everyone who has ever met Jennifer or Scott Lewis has been touched by the obvious bond within their family. I also know that it is a struggle to find a way to help this beautiful family that Scott Lewis tragically left behind when he abruptly left this world on November 4. All of us who know and love his wife Jennifer will understand how devastated she is by the sudden absence of her best friend, the center of her universe for her entire adult life, her soul mate. We know that a love like the one Jennifer has for Scott is rare and precious in this world we live in. She is one of the strongest women I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, and I know that many of you will want to help her as she picks up the pieces of her heart and maintains the brave face that she knows she will need to guide their three beautiful children to adulthood. As many of you know, the Lewis family includes two daughters, Isabelle (13 years old), Lillian (7 years old), and a son, Micah (3 years old). At 35 years old, Scott and Jennifer expected to have many, many more years together. As a result, they, like so many of us, did not prepare financially for the possibility that they would not both be available to protect and care for their children forever. During this difficult time for the Lewis family, making a financial donation is a simple way for us to make a difference in the lives of this family, and to show our love and support for Jennifer.....and memorialize our respect for the man that was lost far too soon.
