Anabelle "Belle" Wuich is one of the most joyful, kind, outgoing and courageous young ladies you will ever meet. She is cheerful, extraordinarily vibrant, and approaches life with the most genuine positivity.

Belle's family has lived in the Rancho Santa Margarita and Robinson Ranch area for over 20 years. Belle is a proud Robinson Rattler Alumni, where she served her school as ASB president. Currently, Belle is weeks away from graduating 8th grade at Mission Viejo Christian School- a place where she thrived this year, forming life-long friendships, participating in school theater and growing academically in a God-centered community.

Belle is a worshiper of Jesus, volunteering to lead kids' worship during weekend services at Harbor Point Church, and a lover of all things Disney. An avid videographer, Belle loves to entertain others with her clever videos and her animated story-telling and dreams of becoming a film director one day. You can often find her helping her mom teach Singer's Company in Ladera Ranch, or hanging out and being silly with her brother, Hudson. She's an extraordinary daughter, sister, and friend, and she is loved dearly by so many people.

On Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, Belle was admitted to the hospital with severe back pain and could barely walk. An MRI revealed that her spinal column was being compressed by a 6cm mass, later identified to be Neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is a common pediatric cancer, though rarely diagnosed in teens. A Neuroblastoma diagnosis is so rare at her age, doctors estimate that Belle is one of a single-digit number of teens in the US who currently share her diagnosis.

Because this type of cancer is seldom diagnosed at her age, it means they will need to treat her more aggressively and for a longer period of time. They are looking at a very long road- a marathon, not a sprint- with multiple hospital stays and treatments. Belle will soon begin treatments to target the cancer cells, which will include chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, stem cell transplants, and immunotherapy.

Many of you have already asked how you can best support Belle and the Wuich family during this journey. We've set up this Go Fund Me Page so that, together, we can help shoulder the financial burdens that the Wuich family will face, both present and future. We do not have a specific goal in mind, as any amount of generosity is appreciated.

If you happen to know of a fundraising opportunity or corporation that might be interested in donating, please send along their contact information so we can share Belle's story and materials with them. While monetary donations are ideal to support Belle and her family during this challenging time, we are open to any type of support that might be helpful. Whether it be a product, service, donation or fundraising opportunity, every bit helps and we are grateful for any assistance that can be provided.

Please join us in praying steadfastly for Belle and the Wuich family. We know that God loves Belle more than we can possibly imagine. His word tells us:

"You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." (Ps 139:13-16)

Hope is what the Wuiches are clinging to right now. Hope for healing… hope for the future… hope for miracles. Thank goodness we worship the God of all hope!

What a privilege it is to be able to walk beside this precious family in their journey. We can all agree that the Wuiches are truly remarkable. Now it's our turn to touch their lives with the same love that they so generously lavish on others.

With love and Hope,
Belle's Brigade
