Females in Kittitas county faced 220 counts of sexual violence, domestic violence, or homelessness in 2015. Everyday there are women and children in Kittitas county who face unfathomable difficulties. Some endure sexual or physical abuse. Others are homeless due to family break ups, job loss, or loss of a loved one.
Naomi’s Hope has been companioning women in Kittitas county for 2 years by providing grief support, biblical counseling, parenting support, birthing supports, assistance with locating low cost housing solutions, and connecting women to community resources for clothing and food.
Join with us now as we launch a Transitional Home for Women and Children Overcoming Crisis!
Women and children impacted by trauma need a safe place to live where they can start fresh. A house alone is only a shell where dysfunctional behaviors and habits are likely to continue. Naomi’s Hope has developed a transitional housing program where the women and children can build a new life of Hope. The women and children can “Ditch the Baggage” of their pasts hurts and renew their faith, heal from their wounds, and gain confidence to be who God created them to be.
With partners like you we can provide a transitional home where we will cultivate strong, courageous women, empowered through the love of Christ, who are self-sufficient and financially stable. The program entails 5 phases in which women and children will renew body, mind and spirit, retrain to attain jobs that provide a livable wage, learn relational skills to connect with family, friends and community, and then reintegrate into the community. Our program will break the cycle of abuse, poverty, addiction, or dysfunction for women and their children, and build the skills needed for a new future. Their children will grow and develop to their full potential in a loving home with healthy relationships.
Thank You for partnering with us today to
