IN MEMORY OF OZARIUS JONES

The lost of my Baby Boy Ozarius , affectionately known as Mayne-Mayne (OJ), is extremely devastating to our Family. He was taken away from us May 1st due to gun violence in the Woodlawn community where he was born and raised. He was so special and precious to us all.

Within the Woodlawn community Ozarius worked for WECAN youth program, the MAGIC program at University of Chicago Hospital and most recently Ozarius worked for Boys To Men/Where The Heart Is Social Services. He was talented, having been an aspiring actor and musician. Ozarius (Mayne-Mayne) was the best son, brother, uncle, nephew, and an absolutely great father to his only child, his daughter Ozaria. This is a loss to everyone who knew and loved him.

We want his Home-going to be a special as he was. The family would like to ask all that can to donate whatever they can towards his Homegoing service. No amount is too small. We would greatly appreciate any and all help. The family would also like to thank everyone for the prayers and love they've shown during this heartbreaking time. In addition, the family would like to thank all who donate in advance for your kindness.. God Bless you all and remember to love your family every day because tomorrow is never promised.
