Oxygen for Michaels birthday

Michael has COPD. His insurance will not cover a portable oxygen concentrator. To be without this makes his life very difficult and he can’t be to far from home. So his world becomes small. I have managed to save some money but not all. The pulse concentrator may not have enough output for him. That is $2,400. The continuous flow is $6k new and 3,500 used. So we will see at the end of this what he’s able to get. This will be the best birthday present ever. Thank you and God Bless. Please share
