OWNER LOST PETS & EVERYTHING IN HOUSE FIRE

This is Rosey and today I received the news that a dear friend of mine lost everything he owned in a tragic house fire that took the lives of 8 dogs and 7 cats.
James was at work when the fire broke out this morning at 9:40 am in Trenton, NC, Jones County.
Our mutual friend, Chantal Clarke and I wanted to start this fundraiser to help our friend and fellow animal lover. I have made Chantal Clarke the beneficiary so she will collect any donations and get them to James because our friend James is very proud and would never ask for any help from anyone.
I have known James since high school, back in Florida and we reconnected here in North Carolina many years later.
James is a true animal lover and advocate and he had adopted 2 dogs from me over the years.
Animals were his whole life and he spent countless hours training all the dogs in his care. James loves German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois breeds the most. The dogs knew commands in both English and German.
He adopted Canin, a German Shepherd that I rescued from living life chained to a tree and severely neglected, back in 2015 and later in 2017 adopted a Malinois mix named Heidi from my nonprofit dog rescue, Roseys Rescue, located in Pender County, NC.
Both of them perished in the fire along with 6 of his other dogs, Jericho, Ruby Rose, Jesse Jane, Bodhi, Ezekiel and Hector. 7 kitties also lost their lives in the fire.
3 dogs survived, Vladimir, Roman and Gary.
James is the sole provider for the animals and he and the surviving dogs are now homeless.
James has lost the home he owned and all his belongings to this fire and he is devastated.
He needs temporary housing and funding to help rebuild his home.
The home was uninsured.
The home is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house on 1.06 acres of property built in 1985 and is valued at $129K.
