My name is Owen Brown and in November 2019 I was diagnosed with multiple tumors that have over time resulted in vision loss to my right eye. To remove them, it will require a procedure called Gamma Knife Radio Surgery. If all goes according to plan this will be my second surgery attempting to remove them. However, this procedure is not offered in Jamaica. It has therefore been scheduled to be done in the United States on November 4, 2021. The cost of the surgery is USD$19,875.00. Unfortunately, I’m unable to afford this amount, in addition to the cost of the flight and hotel accommodations for my wife and I. Considering the aforementioned, I am hereby seeking assistance with covering the resulting cost. Previous dates for this operation had to be forgone due to lack of funds. Therefore, any assistance given will be most appreciated and will go a far way towards realizing the full amount.
