Owen’s Courageous Battle Against Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer

Hi everyone, My name is Gabriella Williams and this gofundme is in aid of My Dad, Owen Williams to Fight Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer.

It is with a heavy heart that I come to you, asking for help during one of the most difficult times in our lives. I’m reaching out to ask for your support as we fight for the life of someone very dear to me my father.

How it started…

Four months ago, he began experiencing severe pain in his lower abdomen. Despite spending over 1 million Jamaican dollars on numerous doctor visits and tests in Jamaica but, no one could find out what was wrong with him. During that time he had lost over 50 pounds.

Then three weeks ago, while attending a funeral in Florida, he became so ill he had to be rushed to the hospital. It was there that we finally got the diagnosis that he has cancer.

The cancer has spread to his liver and also his gall bladder. He also has an elevated D-dimer placing him at high risk for blood clots. The cancer is aggressive and time is critical.

Treatment and Urgency…

Despite receiving this devastating diagnosis three weeks ago, he has not been able to start treatment due to financial constraints. The cost of care including holistic and integrative cancer treatment protocols is estimated at 2.2 million Jamaican dollars (approx. $17,000USD).

These treatments include:
