Hello, my name is Owen Green, I am 11 years old. I am fundraising for a tour to Bangalore, India in October 2025.

I have been been playing cricket since I was 4 years old, for my local team Meltham CC and in the Autumn of 2024 I joined The Cricket Asylum to try out indoor cricket.

From here I was lucky enough to be selected for the The Cricket Asylum’s representative team, competing with other indoor teams from across the country in Derby & Leicester.

I competed in the Nationals and was very lucky to be selected for the England (AICE) U13’s Squad. The squad is the Elite Player Pathway (EPP) for England.

As part of the England selection, I have the excellent opportunity to tour to Bangalore in India in October 2025, with a further opportunity if selected to attend the Indoor World Series in South Africa around April 2026.

Although the ECB support indoor cricket, they do not fund the tours.

The price for me to attend the tour is over £2000 with the first £850 due for the flight at the end of June 2025. The price includes flights, transfers, accommodation, food and kit. I also need a Visa and Insurance.
