In honor of the life of David Strong, (Scout, Leader and exceptional recipient of Scouting’s highest honor bestowed upon an adult leader) his family has established an account for scholarships that will allow scouts to experience outdoor education at Owasippe Scout Reservation regardless of their ability to pay. This is a program which Dave supported yearly and his family wishes to establish a legacy in his name.
