Overseas Father’s Kidney Transplant

I’m mother of two boys and I'm trying to raise money to help with expenses for a kidney transplant for my father who is in Japan and my husband who decided to donate his kindey to my father since I can’t be a donor as I have a chronic illness on my organs.
My father just had heart bypass surgery in December 2017 and ready to move on kidney transplant surgery on 3/14/2018.
I don’t have any family member or relatives in USA but only myself, two little boys and my husband. 
I have a brother who haven't heard words from him for a while and relatives in Japan but they reject to help at all..expenses, caregivings, physically and mental support. Additionally my mother had stroke few years ago.

For up coming kidney transplant surgery in Japan on 3/14/2018, I am going there to care my father and husband but sadly my 2 boys will need to stay USA in different places, older one stay with my friend and little one stay with another friend till we come back. I’m trying to be strong and think positively but really difficult when I think about how my brother and relatives in Japan are helpless, especially taking away smiles from my boys due to loneliness without parents for weeks, months..
