Support Mo & the Roberts Family

Hello, I’m Kristen, and I’m a friend of Kayla’s. I am helping the Roberts family with this GoFundMe page in hopes that they can raise a little extra money to help deviate some of the costs for Mo’s upcoming surgery and recovery.

Modhi is a lively three-year-old who loves spending time outside, reading, and all things trucks/planes. He is active, funny and the light of his family’s lives. Mo is also the best big brother to his little brother, Maven. Modhi has been healthy and without medical issues throughout his life.

At the end of January, Mo and his parents met with pediatric cardiology and were informed that he would require open-heart surgery. He is scheduled for surgery early April in Milwaukee. Mo and his family will be traveling frequently back and forth between Oshkosh and Milwaukee during the next few months. Max will exhaust his sick/vacation leave in order to be present during Modhi’s hospitalization and a portion of his home recovery. Kayla does not receive PTO for her time missed at work.

They were apprehensive to start a GoFundMe; however, many family and friends have reached out asking how they can help. First and foremost, your prayers, positive thoughts, and support are entirely enough.
