Hi friends and family!

As some of you all may know, I have been battling quite a few health issues the past couple of years. I finally received a few different diagnoses last May, including lyme disease. Since then I have been on the road to recovery. I have made good improvements, this year specifically, but I am now needing to get a procedure done on my mouth to get rid of some hidden infection that was found earlier this year. The total expense for this procedure I need is $10900.
