Our friend and co-worker, Alex-Ann, is from the beautiful island of Jamaica, and her family and friends have been severely affected by the devastating impacts of Hurricane Melissa.

This powerful storm struck Jamaica as a Category 5 hurricane, leaving behind unimaginable devastation. Entire communities have been shattered, and homes and businesses belonging to many of Alex-Ann's loved ones have been destroyed. Roofs have been torn away, and so many families are left without safe shelter. Many are now living in damaged, unsafe, and unstable structures, unsure how they will rebuild or where to turn for help.
