In tears this entire past two weeks praising God!!!
These are the thing's this ministry needs now...
12 x 50 is 600 dollars for financial report for a year
12 x 15 is 180 for zoom if paid monthly or 149 a year.
Gofundme takes money out for the funds so we have almost 1500 right now!
A business phone will be 40 a month and 100 one time fee...using same phone with 2 phone lines on spectrum or 40 every 3 months with TalkU app.
All those 3 in total is 1300 a year

Praise God!!! He told me to trust Him and I told everyone this would happen although had no idea how! He said it was time and this completely broke us down to see the support of everyone coming together to make this ministry happen how God has called us to do so moving forward! We will give our all to God's will and to bring the gospel to the lost and to encourage those who know God in Christ and build relationships where we continue to encourage each other and just be the church! Things still need...
Ipad (broken and using a phone that is almost not working and keeps shutting off, has major water damage, etc)
$40 fee monthly for church phone number and $100 one time set up to go through spectrum or $39.99 every 3 months to go through an app called "TalkU".
Zoom bible study and prayer team for Tuesday and Wednesday at 7pm central and soon for worship team meetings to plan the group songs is
$149.90 a year
Right now we are paying $14.99 a month
Car for travel to do sermons, prayer, testimonies, worship, baptisms, etc at homeless shelters, schools, prisons, churches, hospitals, etc!
Wherever and whenever God says go qe are ready for His will!!!
We have a car that would cost about $7000 to fix and we can't sell it. We either pay and fix it and keep it or pay to fix and give it back to dealer and ger another car but it seems best to fix it.
The car we have now has bad ac, holes for the ac instead of vents, very uncomfortable for me so I'm always in extreme pain to travel very short distances and burn in the Texas weather having stage 3 crps and EM.
We are praying for a car or/and some way to fix it in God's timing.
Editing help for social media as I run ministry about 10 to 13 hrs a day, lots of mentoring, schedules, studies, social media, etc and a lot to come with learning and doing so I depend on God for strength! Its amazing how He helps me do this in bed in this much pain and little sleep! God has given me dreams and visions and confirmations and its all coming to pass in His timing! Now is the timing and we are so behind BLESSED and THANKFUL!!! All we want is to serve God and live for Him and His glory! Yall are our family in Christ and we love yall so much and appreciate your prayers and donations more than we can say! God bless yall abundantly!!!

God has called us to do this and we are asking everyone to come together and pray and to give what you can to make this happen as any amount helps make this happen!
We also are asking for help for a logo donation $230 (social media, clothing that will be made and used to help us travel and talk to the homeless, prisons and more) for Gods Glory! We are without an iPad for Overcome Church and Facebook or camera so we are using our cracked phones at the time. If anyone can donate by your name what you would like the donation to go towards we will put it towards that!
We need a light bulb replacement $50, better equipment for website eventually and soon travel fees to go to homeless, churches etc (which we will be doing ourselves right now)We are MAJORLY behind with bills but we KNOW this is the time God has wanted us to do these things so we are asking for prayers and for any help you can give. Please share with family and friends! We appreciate more than we can say!

I (Johanna) put together the schedule for Overcome, mentor, do studies and prayer team, website,social media etc and spend at least 7 hrs a day on ministry bedridden from stage 3 CRPS BUT GOD!!! we are OVERCOMERS through Christ who strengthens us! My husband Jamin is the Pastor of Overcome Church! We met on Smule almost 4 yrs ago and I KNEW he was the one right away!

I am sending this email to you to recap our discussion.
We decided that based on your activities now and for the undetermined future, that you should register as a Religious Nonprofit Corporation and can transfer into an Incorporated Church when the time is right.
INCORPORATING THE MINISTRY
Mike Whiddon Ministries Inc asks for a donation of $500.00 which will cover the following:
** Filing the State of Texas corporate paperwork
** Apply for an Employer Identification Number from the IRS
** Creating a set of Bylaws
** Creating a Statement of Faith
** Filing the paperwork with the State of Texas Department of Revenue for Franchise Tax Exemption.
Once we receive the information and the donation which can be made by visiting our website: mikewhiddonministries.org and selecting the Donate Button or mailing a check to our mailing address: 924 Lake Asbury Drive, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, it should only take a few days to complete the process.
You will have to decide if you want to apply for a 501.c3 status with the IRS or if you want to Charter your ministry with an association of churches and ministries. The main difference is the filing of a 990 tax form with the IRS. If you are chartered with a group, you are not required to file a 990 each year. Anchor Bay Evangelistic Association (ABEA) is the organization that our ministry is chartered with and my husband is on the board of directors and the Treasurer. The charter fee is $100 for the first year which includes a one time setup fee of $25.00 and then renewable each year for $75.00. ABEA also offers licenses and ordination credentials for free if you choose to become a member which is also $75.00 per year. Please see the attachments for incorporating and an ABEA Charter application.
BACK OFFICE SERVICES
As we discussed yesterday, Mike Whiddon Ministries Inc, offers a data entry service that will track your income and expenses providing monthly financial reports. We also provide donor receipts to your donors at the end of the year. For a newly formed ministry, we would ask for a monthly donation of $50.00. This will provide you with the monthly Statement of Income and Expense report and a Statement of Financial Position report. As the ministry grows and the financial activity increases, we can address an increase in the monthly donation.
