Hello, I am excited to announce my Howard University thesis film, Over The Influence. Dennis Simmons III is a graduating senior at Howard studying Television and Film Production. Produced by, Chesney Green and Dennis Simmons III.

Over The Influence is a psychological thriller that takes place the night before an important family dinner. A young man and his group of friends decide to gather at his apartment and do a few drugs in celebration of the holiday. Going through each stage of being high, he realizes that there is more to life than it seems. The day after the euphoric night, he is struggling to sober up to attend the family dinner that night. Due to him being new to drugs, he does not know how to stop being high. Arriving at the dinner, his parents begin to act odd and suspect he is under the influence. In a rush to get out of the dinner, he finds himself trapped.
