Ovarian Cancer stopped Amy from Creating Magic

My name is Amy Johnson. I've been a professional costumer for 24 years. I've been all over the world. I've made so many costumes and met so many wonderful people.
In the beginning of December I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. It halted any costume work I was doing. I've been working with Norwegian Cruise Lines as one of their Costume Crafts Artisans. I love the job and miss it desperately. As an independent contractor, I do not get sick leave. So I am in need of financial help. I haven't been able to work since Thanksgiving.
For those of you that know my husband, Chad Johnson, he's been on disability for the last four and a half years. He's living with Stage 4 Breast cancer. I've been helping care for him. When he became disabled we went down to one income. Now we are down to none.
We had his hospital bills before, but now we have mine too. I seem to be racking up frequent flyer miles with our local ER. This is my fourth stay in the hospital in six weeks.
I hate asking for help. I've always been so independent. But friends and family, I need your help. The bills are starting to come in, and it's super scary.
Anything you can do would be such a huge help. Even sharing this GoFundMe with your peoples would be amazing. I wish I could give you something in return. Hugs for all!!
If you've gotten this far, thank you! I appreciate you! I'm glad that our life's have touched one another's. You are precious to me. I am grateful for you!!
I need to beat this Cancer. I've got things to do and see. People to put costumes on. I have fabulous hats to make. But I need help with the money part of things. Being sick is dumb expensive.
I love you all ❤️
