Loring Place Church Building Fund

We are members of Loring Place Holiness Church. We first moved to this building in 1976, after having saved enough to move from a small store front church in Harlem. We are located in an underpriveleged area of the Bronx  yet still we provide as many services to the community as possible.  Our building is falling apart. We own the building but need help to renovate it . Many families have developed and flourished here but now many of them have moved away. Our congregation is small at this time and we are in dire need. We have been through so much red tape and still can't get any help. We would like to fix up the building and offer scholarships to our underpriveleged children, so they can be encouraged to further their education and rise up out of their current situations. We discourage drug use, abuse of any kind and would like to open a food pantry. Currently we buy food out of our own pockets, cook and distribute food to the homeless and the hungry.
