The Wirecard insolvency has left many employees in unprecedented situations. I know this is a challenging time for many people during COVID, so I thank you deeply in advance for taking the time to consider this request.

Unfortunately, I incurred many costs for the Wirecard Innovation Challenge Program (as I also did for the last Innovation Challenge in 2019) on behalf of the company and participants. I currently have outstanding expenses in the amount of 6,360€. Most of these expenses were not my own costs but rather charges for other Wirecard employees, material costs, and costs for ongoing MVP projects. All expenses were approved by accounting, and in the status "sent for payment", but I have been informed that I will not see this money.
This is a huge personal financial burden for me. The loss is affecting my cashflow and ability to pay my other personal expenses. 

Because this program was global in nature and benefited the global employees, this is why I am asking for your support. 

I have tried every possible angle to get this money back, including disputes with merchants and my CC, appealing to senior management, speaking with assistants of the insolvency team, eliciting advice from lawyers, and speaking to every friend I have (I'm sorry to all of you, I am sure your ears are exhausted!). This approach is my last resort - so thank you to everyone who encouraged me along the way!
