My name is Laura McCrary, I’m only 36 years old & never seen this coming! I’m currently on my 12th day in the hospital after finding out I was going into heart failure! I’ve had open heart surgery to repair my heart so I can continue being a mom! Honestly Lily Marie & Travis Matthew are what my life is all about. Anyone that knows me & I mean anyone know how badly I hate asking for help! I’m a very independent woman, and honestly I am proud of that! So this is really hard for me to admit, but without some financial help for the next 2 months I will loose everything I have worked so hard to acquire! When this “GoFundMe” idea was first mentioned to me I said “Hell No”! So then it was brought to my attention that it’s not just about me loosing everything it’s also about Lily & Travis loosing everything & that just isn’t fair to them again! I have no insurance. Christmas is coming up! I missed Lily’s 15th birthday being in the hospital & bless her heart due to COVID policy she can’t even come see nor visit me! I actually felt I was doing so good I purchased a car to build my credit. I was so proud of myself & now I could kick myself in the butt! I have rent to pay, electric/water/garbage, groceries, orthodontist payment, car insurance, phone bill, and the list goes on. I can’t place a dollar amount on there, Even typing this out is hard for me, but any help or assistance would be humbly & gratefully appreciated more than words can say or express!!!
