firefighter needs to save home

Hi my name is Jonathan Spence, and I have a comminuted fx of my 5th metatarsal. I had to have surgery on the injury. I am going to be out of work for at least 8 weeks. I work 2 jobs to support my family of 6. I don't have short term disability, pto, or vacation time I can use to help, at either of my jobs and we are now struggling to pay our bills. We have made many phone calls and none of the companies will work with us so my family is in danger of getting our utilities turned off as well as possibly losing our home and cars.
