Out of work due to medical conditions

Hi, my name is Brian and I was born with a bicuspid aorta valve and over time it enlarged and weakened my heart and for the last 3 months (March, April and May) fluids were building up around my heart making it hard to breathe and would wear me out where if I walked 5 feet I’d have to stop and catch my breath and it kept me from sleeping well as the fluids around my heart made it difficult to breathe and sleep. I have to get a dual heart catheter and then get the valve replaced. My kidneys are not functioning well enough to have the procedure yet so it’s taking longer then excepted to have the procedure this is keeping me from working and paying my bills for the month of June so far. My Kidneys have improved enough to get the dual heart catheter procedure 6/72022 then the valve replacement will be scheduled shortly afterwards.
