Out of Work Due to Injuries, Need Surgery

I have been having a ton of issues ever since I was little with my body. I have been injured at work, though no matter how much I fought, I could never get them to cover it because it wasnt serious enough. Then there was a car accident and though most things have been taken care of, there are still some lingering effects.

Most recently, about March of 2019 my hands started getting worse. We have checked over and over again for arthritis and the results have always been negative. About 7/06/2020 I had to take a leave of absence from work due to how bad things have gotten. I cant even hold onto simple things like milk or bread without dropping them for no apparent reason. Not to mention, my left hand is usually in a ton of pain throughout the day.

I've been going to the doctors over the last month, had more tests done including a nerve test. They said it looks like the beginning of carpal tunnel. I was also diagnosed with Tendinitis about 7 years ago. The best option to try to make it so I can go back to work is surgery, to relieve the pressure in my wrists. The surgery is to be on the 10th of September, I wont know the time until the day before. I will also be out of work until at least October so long as things go well, if not, then I wont be looking into going back to work until sometime in November.

I need about $1,150 up front for the surgery according to my doctor/insurance and about $2,400 for bills. This isnt even including any additional money I need for what comes after these doctors/hospital visits. I've still yet to see those since they take awhile to go through insurance and come back to me. After my surgery, I have to go to therapy for a week or two as well and have no idea how much that's going to cost me yet.

Unemployment is denying me due to the fact that my doctor has restricted me from work for the time being because I'm not available for full time work. I'm still fighting them on it but so far, it's gone nowhere. I have no income besides the small amount I've been bringing in with my art but seeing as I wont be able to draw once I have surgery, even that will stop.

I have a little less than 3 weeks to come up with the money for my surgery. I have a little bit more time to get things together for bills, however over all, I still dont have enough time with no source of income.
