My name is Cindy Haas. I was just diagnosed with a very large Thymoma, 8.9 cm, sitting directly in front of my heart. I require major surgery and follow up care for at least 2 months, maybe even the rest of my life. While I love my job, we have no benefits, as most small businesses in the state of Florida. Normally I am a very private and very independent person. However, I'm swallowing my pride to ask for some assistance financially to help me through this trying time.
